Desc: This series entitled "His Beautiful Names", presents the Most Beautiful Names and Attributes of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala as found in the Quran and the Sunnah. Shaikh Dr. Suhaib Hasan, has relied on the verses of the Quran and the authentic Hadith of the Prophet [Peace be upon him] and, from these Ayat of Qur'an and Ahadith has given us to experience the Glory and Greatness of Allah Azza Wa Jall, and to derive many lessons and benefits from His Beautiful Names. In this 6th episode, Shaikh Dr. Suhaib Hasan talks about the names: Al-Ghaffaar (The Forgiving), Al-Qahhaar (The Dominant), Al-Wahhaab (The All-giving, The Bestower) & Al-Razzaaq (The All-Provider); as Allah Azza Wa Jall Says: "Say, [O Muhammad], 'I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver.'" " [Surah Saad, Ayat 65-66] "But indeed, I am the Perpetual Forgiver of whoever repents and believes and does righteousness and then continues in guidance." [Surah Ta Ha, Ayat 82] "The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. The forgiver of sin, acceptor of repentance, severe in punishment, owner of abundance. There is no deity except Him; to Him is the destination." [Surah Ghafir, Ayat 2-3] "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower." [Surah Ali-Imran, Ayat 8] "O mankind, remember the favor of Allah upon you. Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?" [Surah Fatir, Ayat 3] "Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength." [Surah Adh-Dhariyat, Ayat 58] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In these times when human beings live out their lives in abject state of fear, anxiety and misery as a result of the material and secular outlook which dominates their lives, there is the need to turn back to our Creator and learn from His Book, The Qur'an and from the Sunnah of His Prophet [PBUH] to get the Guidance for our salvation in this life and the Hereafter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About Shaikh Dr. Suhaib Hasan Shaikh Suhaib Hasan was born in India but brought up and educated in Pakistan. After completing Islamic and Arabic studies (Fadil Arabic, 1960) and English language studies (B.A. 1962), he joined the newly-set-up Islamic University at Madinah, Saudi Arabia for higher studies in the faculty of Sharia. Here he studied under a galaxy of prominent scholars such as Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz, Muhammad Amin al-Shanqiti, Muhammad Nasiruddin al-Albani and later his father Sheikh Abdul Ghaffar Hasan. After graduating in 1966, he began his career as a teacher and worker in Islamic Dawa at Nairobi, Kenya on behalf of Darul Ifta. In 1976, he moved to London where he engaged in Islamic Dawa especially through the forum of Al-Quran Society. Currently he is the chairman of Masjid & Madrasah al-Tawhid Trust and Secretary of the Islamic Sharia Council of Great Britain.

I ask of you the best whilst living, And ask for a good death, And not a shameful or embarassing return, Oh Allah! I ask you for the best affair, The best suplication, The best success, The best knowledge, The best deed, The best reward, The best life, And The best death. Keep me upright, Make my scale heavy, confirm my faith, raise high my status(in the hereafter), Accept my Salah, And forgive my sins, I ask you for high positions in Paradise, Oh Allah! I ask you obligation of your mercy, And determination of your forgiveness, And the peace of every sin, And the booty of every reward, And Winning Paradise, And surviving from Hell, Oh Allah! make the result of all our affairs good, And deliver us from the disgrace of this world and the torment of the hereafter, Oh Allah! Distribute between us the heedfullness necessary to come between us and the commision of wrong against you, The obedience necessary for us to gain admission into paradise, And the unswerving faith necessary to minimise for us the tribulations in this world, Oh Allah! Allow us to enjoy our hearing, our sight, and our strength for as long as we live, And make that enjoyment our heir(so that the people that we have befitted could pray for us), and place our vengeance on those that have wronged us, And give us victory over our enemies, And try us not in our faith, Neeither make this world our greates concern, or the extent of our knowledge, Nor give power over us to those who would oppress us, Oh Allah! Leave no sins of ours in this assembley unforgiven, Nor any grief without being relieved, Nor any debt without being paid, Nor any difficulty in this life or the hereafter without being facilitated, Oh the most merciful of all that is Merciful, Our Lord! Give us the good of this world and the hereafter, And save us from the torment of the fire, Oh Allah! send peace and salutation upon Muhammed (PBUH) and his family, his companions and those that follow him, AMEEN! Desc: AKIDAH AHLI SUNNAH WAL JAMAAH BERMANHAJ SALAF Mengimani Rububiyah Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala --------------------------------------- Mengimani sepenuhnya bahwa Dia-lah Robb satu-satunya, tiada sekutu dan tiada penolong bagi-Nya. Robb adalah yang berhak menciptakan, memiliki serta memerintah. Jadi tidak ada Pencipta selain Allah, tidak ada pemilik selain Allah, dan tidak ada perintah selain perintah dari-Nya. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala telah berfirman: "Ingatlah, menciptakan dan memerintah hanya hak Allah. Mahasuci Allah, Robb semesta Allah." [Al A'raaf : 54] "Hai manusia, sembahlah Robbmu yang telah menciptakanmu dan orang-orang yang sebelummu, agar kamu bertaqwa. Dia-lah yang menjadikan bumi sebagai hamparan bagimu dan langit sebagai atap. Dia menurunkan air (hujan) dari langit, lalu Dia menghasilkan dengan hujan itu segala buah-buahan sebagai rezeki untukmu; karena itu janganlah kamu mengadakan sekutu-sekutu bagi Allah, padahal kamu mengetahui." [Al Baqarah: 21-22] Orang-orang musyrik mengakui bahwa Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala adalah satu-satunya Robb, Pencipta, yang di tangan-Nya kekuasaan segala sesuatu. Mereka juga mengakui bahwa hanya Dia-lah yang dapat melindungi dan tidak ada yang dapat melindungi-Nya. Ini mengharuskan pengesaan uluhiyah (penghambaan), seperti mereka mengesakan rububiyah (ketuhanan) Allah. "Katakanlah: "Kepunyaan siapakah bumi ini, dan semua yang ada padanya, jika kamu mengetahui?" Mereka akan menjawab, "Kepunyaan Allah." Katakanlah: "Maka apakah kamu tidak ingat?" Katakanlah: "Siapakah yang Empunya langit yang tujuh dan Yang Empunya 'Arsy yang besar?" Mereka akan menjawab: "Kepunyaan Allah." Katakanlah: "Maka apakah kamu tidak bertaqwa?" Katakanlah: "Siapakah yang di tangan-Nya berada kekuasaan atas segala ssesuatu, sedang Dia melindungi, tetapi tidak ada yang dapat dililndungi dari (azab)-Nya, jika kamu mengetahui?" Mereka akan menjawab: "Kepunyaan Allah." Katakanlah: "(kalau demikian), maka dari jalan manakah kamu ditipu?" [Al Mu'minuun: 84-89] "Dan sungguh jika kamu bertanya kepada mereka: "Siapakah yang menciptakan langit dan bumi?", niscaya mereka akan menjawab, "Semuanya diciptakan oleh Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Mengetahui." [Az Zukhruf : 9] "Dan sungguh jika kamu bertanya kepada mereka: "Siapakah yang menciptakan mereka?", niscaya mereka menjawab: "Allah". Maka bagaimanakah mereka dapat dipalingkan (dari menyembah Allah)?" [Az-Zukhruf : 87] "Katakanlah: "Siapakah yang memberi rezeki kepadamu dari langit dan bumi, atau siapakah yang kuasa (menciptakan) pendengaran dan penglihatan, dan siapakah yang mengeluarkan yang hidup dari yang mati dan mengeluarkan yang mati dari yang hidup, dan siapakah yang mengatur segala urusan?" Maka mereka akan menjawab, "Allah." Maka katakanlah: "Mengapa kamu tidak bertaqwa (kepada-Nya)?" Maka (Zat yang demikian) itulah Allah Robb kamu yang sebenarnya. Tidak ada sesudah kebenaran itu, melainkan kesesatan. Maka bagaimanakah kamu dipalingkan (dari kebenaran)?" [Yunus: 31-32]

Desc: To Him (SWT) is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: How can He (SWT) have a son when He (SWT) hath no consort? He (SWT) created all things, and He (SWT) hath full knowledge of all things. That is Allah (SWT), your Lord (SWT)! There is no god but He (SWT), the Creator of all things: then worship ye Him (SWT): and He (SWT) hath power to dispose of all affairs. No vision can grasp Him (SWT), but His (SWT) grasp is over all vision: He (SWT) is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things. [6:101-103 YA] Shaykh Sa'ad Al -- Ghamdi Diurnal octopuses such as the common Day Octopus (Octopus cyanea), which emerge and forage during daylight hours on coral reefs, have developed exceptional camouflage capacities. They produce elaborate colour patterns and highly complex skin textures capable of matching a wide range of backgrounds from sand and reef rubble, through to spiked corals and seaweeds. Their skin changes almost instantaneously as they move over different substrates on the sea floor. Colour changes are carried out by small, elastic, pigment-filled sacs, known as chromatophores. A square centimetre of skin may contain hundreds of chromatophores, in up to five colours in certain species. Each chromatophore is surrounded by a ring of muscle fibres, all of which are under the rapid and coordinated control of the large optic lobes of the brain. As a backup defence, most octopuses also have an ink sac that produces highly concentrated black, red or brown pigment. Small amounts of ink are squirted out the funnel to produce either a dummy decoy or, in some species, a full smoke screen that can mask a volume of water up to several cubic metres, leaving predators chasing their own tails. The ink is also thought to dull the senses of the predator.
