Desc: **The Wahabi Myth** Fear Allah, and do not backbite your brother. Know who he was, what he did and what he called the people to before you go around slandering him. "Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it... But fear Allah: For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful." [Quran, 49:12] The speaker talks about a recent HERO of Islam (250 yrs ago). He's one of the most misunderstood and slandered by the deviant Muslims. He is Muhamad Ibn Abdul Wahab (raheemallah), the one who revived Islam to its origional condition as Shirk and Bidaa' started becoming COMMON in Arabia. Deviant Muslim sects enjoy defaming his name because he spoke out against their Shirk and Bidaa'. There is NO sect called wahhabism/wahabiya. Those who look up to this great leader, like to refer themselves as Muslims upon the way of the salaf (pious predecessors of 3 generations after the Prophet Muhammad SAW). Western media has formedmuch propaganda of the term "wahabi" to try and label all those who follow the true teachings of Islam in accordance to the Sunnah as extremists, and sadly the Muslims have fallen for this trick. I do not know 1 person to this day who calls themselves a Wahabi! Infact if people would just study the background of Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahab, they will learn he came to extinguish Extremism and Shirk which started to be practise in Arabia. Fear Allah in making Takfir upon anyone who testifies La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasoolilllah SAW. Abud-Darda' (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "When a person curses somebody or something, the curse goes up to heaven and the gates of heaven get closed. Then it comes down to the earth and its gates get closed. Then it turns right and left, and if it does not find an entrance to go anywhere, it returns to the person or thing that was cursed; if he or it deserves to be cursed; otherwise it returns to the person who uttered it.'' Desc: Rewards of Jamaat Hadith #3 Abdullah bin Masood (R.A) says : If one wishes to meet Allah on the Day of Judgment as a Muslim, he must say his Salaat at a place where Azaan is called out, viz., a Masjid, as Allah has prescribed through His Prophet (S.A.W) such practises which are nothing but guidance through and through : and Salaat (with Jamaat) is one of them. If you start saying your Salaat at your houses (as so and so is doing), then you will be discarding the Sunnah of the Prophet (S.A.W) and no sooner you desert his Sunnah than you go astray. When a person performs Wudhu correctly and then leaves for the Masjid; at each step that he takes, he gets one blessing and has one sin wiped out. During the lifetime of the Prophet (S.A.W) no one would miss Jamaat except an open Munafiq or a real invalid. Even the Munafiq dared not miss the Jamaat and a sick person who could be taken to Masjid with the help of two men would be helped to join Jamaat. Commentary This shows the extreme vigilance of the Sahabah over their Salaat with Jamaat. Even a sick person was brought to Masjid somehow or other, even though it needed two men to help him. This concern was quite natural when they found the Prophet (S.A.W) himself so very particular about it. It is said that when the Prophet (S.A.W) was on his deathbed and he would frequently faint, he succeeded in making Wudhu after several attempts and, though he could hardly stand, went to Masjid with the help of Abbas (R.A) and another companion. Abu Bakr (R.A) led the Salaat at his instance, and he himself joined the Jamaat. Abu Darda (R.A) narrates that the Prophet (S.A.W) once said to him, Worship your Lord as if you see Him before you, count yourself among the dead, beware of the curse of the wronged ones and, even if you could crawl to Masjid , do not miss Isha and Fajr with Jamaat. It is said in another Hadith, Isha and Fajr are very heavy on those who are Munafiq. If they knew the reward of the Jamaat, they would go to the Masjid and join the Jamaat even if they had to crawl.
