I believe both John and June are in Heaven and I can't wait to meet them someday. Johnny Cash was annointed by God just as Keith Green was and I'm sticking to that!

The Caliban boss here is pretty easy. Simply wait for him to ready an attack, run round to the back of him, and hit away.
If you dont feel comfortable with a melee weapon. Stay well away from him and use the rifle.
